| The Northwest Gold Cup and Northwest Rotax Max Challenge Series offer regional kart racing in the Pacific Northwest. Representing the International Karting Federation (IKF) and the Champ Car Rotax Max Challenge (CCRKC) national and international series, the NW Gold Cup and NW Rotax Max Challenge provides the top kart racers from the Northwest the opportunity to compete for regional titles and qualify for Grand National and International events. |

| The offical Cheveron gas station for the Tacoma PSGKA Gold Cup race is located on the corner of 131st and Pacific Highway South in Parkland, WA. This will be the distributor for the "spec" fuel for the weekend. |

| KJ McKinster Track Safety Memorial Fund |

| Rotax Champion Driver, Ken KJ McKinster, went off the track at high speed in last Friday mornings practice and was unable to avoid cable fencing near the track. He was practicing for the NW Regional Gold Cup race being held in Tri-Cities, Washington. At only 12 years old, KJ was one of the top drivers on the Northwest circuit. Only three weeks earlier KJ won first place in the Rotax Junior division at the same track. He will be memorialized Friday in a celebration of his life at a youth camp near Mt. Hood in Oregon. KJs grandfather, William Shanor, was at the track, and his mother and father, Jacqueline and Ken, arrived shortly there after.
